Professional Mentoring - How It Impacted Pauls' Salon Business
How much of an impact for your salon can posting on social media make? - Check out what Paul has to say!
Problem:
Paul was struggling with staying consistent with posting to social media, and also was wanting to acquire, specifically, more HAIR EXTENSIONS clients.
Solution:
My education based marketing agency developed a CUSTOMIZED course for him, after having a detailed consultation that would pinpoint his areas that need to be strengthened to ensure results.
HIGHLIGHT of the course: How To Charge for a Salon Consultation
My history & background
One of the things that I'm so extremely passionate about teaching to other stylists is the "how to" charge for a salon consultation.
I have been and still am a stylist, and entered the industry in 1992. I was very fortunate to have been a Redken educator for almost 10 years, and was mentored by some of the best in the industry.
The ultmate biggest takeaway was the business teachings that Redken has engrained into us, and of course how to become an expert colorist.
Charge for a consultation?
Absolutely! And I started charging for a consultation over 20 years ago.
Think about it, for a minute.
Education is not free.
Supplies are not free.
Your rent is not free.
And niether should your time be.
